Kyo & Jitsu

The Hara diagram shown here represents the area around the abdomen.
Each of the 12 Organs originate from the Hara.
The Mother Hand is placed on the abdomen, and the active hand is used to palpate the Hara.
Each area is then assesed as being of a Kyo or Jitsu quality.
To double check hold the most  Kyo organ with one hand and the most Jitsu organ with the other, a flow of energy can be felt, confirming correct diagnosis.
The Most Kyo meridian is treated first followed by the most Jitsu meridian.
