I am a Northern California/Bay Area school-based trauma educator and I am available to partner with school districts, county offices of education, and individual school sites to support the implementation of trauma informed, restorative practices and the development of strategies to ensure sustainability. All partnerships are customized to the unique needs of the community.

Integrating trauma informed and restorative approaches into the fabric of a school site is more than a one-off training. My work is rooted in best practices in that all of my partnerships involve the cultivation of relationships.

Through a series of interactive workshops facilitated over time and accompanied by coaching and check-in calls, my goal is to bring about a mindset shift among staff while teaching practical tools that can be put into practice immediately.

“Jenn was incredibly responsive to the needs of our site.  She collaborated with our admin and Trauma-Informed Leadership Team (TILT) to create training and workshops tailored to our specific needs and where we wanted to go with trauma-informed approaches. She provided many tools and resources that could be easily implemented in our classrooms and incorporated into daily routines.” — Administrator
