bleBit
Introducing the bleBit, our bluetooth development board and iOS app. Wakayama I/O's bleBit speeds up the development time of Internet of Things products. We use the bleBit in IOT projects, ranging from wearables to Industry 4.0.
Costa’s new sales website
We helped Costa with the release of their new multilingual sales website. We built and optimized their booking funnel and increased online conversions significantly. JavaScript and Node.js met the requirements for rapid development and improved turnaround time.
Bluetooth Smart for the future of fashion
We helped XO, a San Francisco based fashion startup, with the release of their interactive fiber-optic garments and accessories for Gen Z. The collection was presented during the New York Fashion week in February 2016. We developed the Bluetooth firmware and integrated the iOS app.
The first dental surgery in virtual reality
We helped Nobel Biocare with the celebration of their dental implant innovation using the latest virtual reality technology. The VR experience utilized 360° videos, a virtual reality headgear and a touchless hand tracking add-on. Visitors can step in the shoes of a surgeon placing an implant while dental assistants help during the operation. The award-winning experience was presented during International Dental Show 2015.
Robotics for kids
We showed kids how to build robots. The robots are based on Dr. Mark W. Tilden's notion of BEAM robotics. BEAM robots are not technically "workers" as the word robot implies, but rather artificial life forms often inspired by natural organisms like for example insects. The course took place at Konstfack University in Stockholm.
Robot Garden
A series of robots inhabit a garden with small plants. The robots cruise around and collect light sensor data. When a machine encounters a plant, it compares the light level at the plants location with the machine's prior recorded memory. The robot decides if it should keep the plant at it's current location or move it to a sunnier place. Over time more plants will be placed in the sunnier parts of the garden. Robot Garden was presented at the NEU NOW Festival in Vilnius.
Data driven development
We track and monitor data from day one and work in a highly collaborative environment with our clients to enable data informed decisions and achieve the best results. We take advantage of user segmentation, A/B testing and multi channel analytics in our work.
Speed Wins
We develop MVPs to validate ideas quickly. This enables you to iterate often and steer your idea in the right direction. After the testing phase we help you scale your product. Benefit from sound knowledge in hardware and software development.
